free estimate

The first step in our process is to provide you with a free estimate. We’ll schedule a time, typically within a week of you contacting us, for one of our estimators to visit your home and take a look at your proposed project.

Please be prepared to share the scope of your project with the estimator. That way, we can come up with a relevant and accurate estimate.

design consultation & proposal

If our estimate is in line with what you want to spend, the next step is the Design Consultation. This is the fun part! Bring your inspiration pictures and meet with one of our designers in our 2,150 square foot showroom to take a look at thousands of product samples. During this meeting our designers will help curate your vision, offer design advice/ideas, and answer any questions you might have.

After this meeting, we will send you a proposal with any changes/updates to the estimate as determined by the design consultation.

product selection & installation

Ready to move forward with us!? We’ll invite you back to our showroom to finalize product selections, detail project expectations, and get you on our installation schedule.

We’ll give you an approximate project timeline, and we will reach out every couple of weeks with any updates to your installation start date. During installation, you will have consistant contact with your Lead Installer and Project Manager/Designer.
